Oak Ridge Golf Club is the perfect place to have you special day. Surrounded by one of the area’s loveliest golf courses, you can’t help but enjoy the outdoors. While inside, our beautiful banquet and reception rooms overlook the manicured course.Relaxed, yet lovely, a perfect place for your
perfect day.

Our Wedding Package Includes:
• Exclusive use of our banquet facilities for 6 hours (we only have one wedding per day!). Additional hours can be purchased for a nominal fee.
• We can be flexible - if you have a particular need just ask - we can usually work it out.
• A private, spacious, secure room just for the Bridal Party.
• Complimentary hot & cold hors d’oeuvres, beer, wine & soda for the Bridal Party served in their private room.
• A personal hostess to help make every wish come true.
• Complimentary hot & cold hors d’oeuvres for your guests too!
• Banquet facilities for up to 400 guests.
• Your choice of entrees (see separate menu for all choices).
• We will cut and serve your cake for free (please bring your own napkins if your guests will be taking it home).
• Complete selection of liquors & cordials.
• Free parking.

GENERAL INFORMATION & POLICIES

Conviently located off routes 57 and 187 in Feeding Hills, Massachussetts the Oak Ridge Golf Club has the facilities and staff to help you prepare for your special Wedding Reception, Business Meeting, Golf Outing or other event. We are proud to serve you and your guests at our lovely golf course and club house. Our spacious Banquet Rooms accommodate up to 550. Our cozy Gold Room with the beautiful stone fireplace has space for 100. And the 19th Hole is available for less formal functions and can seat 200.
Our facilities include a large, private and secure Bridal Room. And there is plenty of free parking. If you're looking for special pictures from your event we have a number of lovely spots where memorable photos can be taken. Quiet, relaxed, scenic, the perfect setting for your perfect day.

PRICE IS BASED ON CHOICE OF ENTREE AND INCLUDES:
Private use of the banquet facility for 6 hours with a modest fee for additional time. Free parking, fresh linens on all tables, delicious house hors d'oeuvres and the gratituity -you only need to add MA sales tax. (see separate menu for all choices).

DEPOSITS: We will hold your date for 10 business days until we receive the deposit. If the deposit is not received in that time we may book another party. After you have made your deposit the money is nonrefundable.
Weddings $500.00
All Other Events $500.00

MENU SELECTION AND FINAL PAYMENT:
Final menu selections with final count and payment must be made at least 10 days prior to your event. You will be charged for the final count or the actual number of guests whichever is higher. Please use a check or money order made payable to Oak Ridge Golf Club.

ETIQUETTE:
To ensure that everyone has a wonderful experience at Oak Ridge we ask that you observe the following:

All food and liquor must be consumed on the premises.

No alcoholic beverages may be brought on the premises - Its The Law!

We reserve the right to discontinue serving alcoholic beverages.
If providing your own candle center pieces you MUST have something to catch the wax, otherwise you will be billed for any linen that is damaged.

The booking party is responsible for all property and equipment that is damaged, lost, or stolen.
